Where do you ship your wines?

We currently offer nationwide shipping across Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our cellar door team directly to discuss available export options and shipping rates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our Barossa warehouse.

Do I need to be home to receive my wine delivery?

Yes, someone aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the delivery. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card and take the package to the nearest post office for collection.

What is your return policy for damaged or faulty wine?

If your wine arrives damaged or is found to be faulty (e.g., corked), please contact us within 14 days. We will provide a full refund or a replacement bottle at no additional cost.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Absolutely. You can add a personalized gift message during the checkout process, which we will print on a premium card and include inside your wine shipment.

How should I store my Peter Lehmann wines?

For optimal aging, we recommend storing your wine in a cool, dark, and dry place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 12-15°C, and keeping bottles on their side.
